Evaporation occurring at high altitudes under low atmospheric pressures differs significantly from that at standard pressures (1 bar). Experimental results have revealed intriguing phenomena, including reduced mass transfer efficiency [1,2] and diminished total heat transfer performance on the air side [3]. The presence of air molecules with varying number densities influences evaporation behavior through different interaction strengths.
