Smith, Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), was originally observed in the tropical and subtropical regions of the Americas. (1) FAW exhibits a significant threat to agricultural production due to its biological characteristics, including high reproductive capacity, a wide range of host plants, excellent adaptability to diverse habitats, and long-distance migratory ability.
