The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) new 2024 Administered Arbitration Rules (2024 Rules) came into force on 1 June 2024. The 2024 Rules aim to enhance efficiency, flexibility and innovation in HKIAC arbitration. The amendments largely build on, rather than alter, the previous 2018 Rules.
