    The Midwest Medical Examiner's Office on Friday identified the man who was shot and killed by Coon Rapids police following a reported domestic incident earlier in the week. Robert Edward Davis, 65, of Coon Rapids, died of a gunshot wound on Wednesday. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating whether police were justified in their use of force.
