Ofcom is investigating the service’s provider as to whether it has failed to comply with requirements to carry out a risk assessment, its duties around illegal content and content reporting and complaints procedures, as well as whether it has accurately responded to a legally binding request for the risk assessment. Ofcom is not naming the forum.
