    Product: Mashed CauliflowerSpecs: Frozen, mashed cauliflower contained in a 12-ounce tray. The mash contains heavy cream, milk and sea salt. Preparation summary: Place tray in microwave and cook on high for 4 minutes. Peel film back, stir, and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes. If cooking in a conventional oven, place tray on a baking sheet and cook at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Product: Campbell’s Condensed Unsalted Cream of Mushroom SoupSpecs: A 10.5-ounce can of condensed soup made with mushrooms, dried garlic, vegetable oil and less than 2 percent cream. A half cup contains 50 milligrams of naturally occurring sodium (opposed to 750 milligrams in the original version). The soup is among a new line of Campbell’s “healthy request” products. Preparation summary: Empty contents into pan or microwave-safe bowl, add one can of water, and heat until hot.
