The production of NVIDIA Blackwell chips has reportedly started at TSMC’s plant in Phoenix, Arizona. Concurrently, NVIDIA is establishing supercomputer manufacturing plants in Texas, partnering with Foxconn in Houston and with Wistron in Dallas. Within the next four years, Nvidia plans to produce up to $500B dollars of AI infrastructure in the United States through partnerships with TSMC, Foxconn, Wistron, Amkor, and SPIL.

Altera had not been a primary focus for Intel, and the company now needs to improve its balance sheet. Raghib Hussain, former President at Marvell Technology and former CEO of Cavium will succeed Sandra Rivera as CEO of Altera, effective May 5, 2025. To our knowledge, Venice features a Zen 6-based architecture composed entirely of high-performance big cores. This announcement appears potentially reactionary to Intel's Clearwater Forest Intel18A all E-core announcement. This Data center high-density part is expected in early 2026.

Meteor Lake offered notable improvements in GPU performance and battery life compared to its Alder Lake and Raptor Lake predecessors.
