    A steam pipe ruptured in Midtown East early Wednesday morning causing concerns for residents needing to evacuate the area. The steam pipe issue occurred at East 53rd Street and 2nd Avenue around 5:30 a.m., according to the FDNY. No one has been injured in the incident, which led to a large response from the FDNY. Seven Con Edison customers have been impacted by the rupture. Some streets in the area are closed, including 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue at 52nd Street.

    Authorities are looking to identify key members of a group of Onondaga College students who were involved in what became a deadly argument with a group of SUNY Morrisville students on a bus arriving in New York City Friday. Denzel Bimpey, of the Bronx, was part of the SUNY Morrisville group, coming home for the holidays. They were on a bus from Syracuse to New York City with the Onondaga students.
