    While fall weather is bringing cooler temperatures across the country a new report from the nonprofit group, Climate Central, reveals the last 12 months were the hottest Earth has ever recorded. Scientific research points to greenhouse gas emissions, from the burning of fossil fuels, as causing the stubborn heat that triggered the average global temperature to be more than two degrees higher than pre-industrial times from November of 2022 to last month.
