This week was the event every competitor on Top Chef looks forward to, but not everyone is fortunate enough to participate. The most recent episode saw the remaining contestants take on Restaurant Wars. There was no quickfire since the elimination challenge was so big. While most restaurants have months of planning before opening, both Nonna Pipón and Phlora + Phauna only had 24 hours from concept to execution. The former was described as grandma chic while the latter was vegetable forward.
