The 17 Edinburgh neighbourhoods with the highest levels of crime have been named... Churchill Support Services studied the latest crime figures from the Scottish Government to determine which areas of Scotland’s capital city have the highest crime rates per 10,000 people. Edinburgh, which ranked as the 7th most dangerous area in Scotland, saw 34,976 crimes over the course of 2023 into 2024.
