EnglishIn rheumatoid arthritis, the foot joints are the first to be affected in 17%. In 89% of RA cases, Complications the symptoms are located in the forefoot, detecting deformities, calluses and pain. If the conservative guideline does not achieve its objectives, surgical treatment may be required. We present the case of a 48-year-old male patient with erosive and aggressive rheumatoid arthritis in the forefoot that required surgical treatment for severe deformity and injuries to the toes.
