The project will touch nearly every facet of the guest experience, from the lobby, 451 accommodations and restaurants, to event spaces, outdoor areas and multiple pools. The former etc.venues 360 Madison Avenue in New York City has undergone renovations and recently reopened as Convene 360 Madison Avenue. The conversion was a result of Convene announcing the segmentation of its portfolio of brands in early 2024. In addition to updating the fourth and fifth floors, Convene also expanded the venue, adding a sixth floor.
