Roads have been closed and the public is being urged to avoid the area. A hazardous material has reportedly leaked from a lorry at a Dundee industrial estate, where emergency services have rushed to a major incident. Three people were rushed to hospital after being wounded as Belgium's defence ministry said approximately 10 other soldiers also sustained hearing damage. Three Belgian soldiers have been injured in a serious accident during a military exercise in the Scottish Highlands on Monday. The Prime Minister of Belgium, Bart De Wever, confirmed the incident involved soldiers from the Third Parachute Battalion.
