This is true, because he's trying to do Congress's Job. It's the court's job to uphold the separation of powers, to uphold the constitution saying budget spending and oversight is Congress's job. If Gaetz and congress never do their job, it doesn't mean someone else can.

Dan Rooney gave Chuck Noll a bonus after a 1-13 season. Why? Because he was a really good coach, and they could tell. As long as they believe Tomlin is a good coach, the results will not cause them to fire him.
