Lopez Island is a small island off the north-west coast of Washington, about an hour’s boat ride from Canada and reachable only by ferry, with a year-round population of around 2,500 people. A peaceful and picturesque place, its rugged coastline gives way to old-growth forests, rocky cliffs and farmland dotted with grazing sheep. This is where childhood friends Ana Zautke and Lissa Snapp, founders of lifestyle store Ship Supply, were raised and run their business today.
