Two years after Neighbours was spared from the chopping block by Amazon, the beloved Aussie soap’s future hangs in the balance after its production company Fremantle reportedly failed to reach a new deal with the streaming giant. Amazon bought the show back to life in a multi-year deal announced at the end of 2022. It came after Neighbours was sensationally axed by Channel 5 after almost four years of production.

    The basketball world has been rocked by reports that one of the NBA’s outspoken characters has had his foot amputated after suffering a “serious medical issue”. LaVar Ball, father of Hornets guard LaMelo Ball, Bulls guard Lonzo Ball and former NBA player LiAngelo Ball, reportedly underwent a procedure to remove his right foot, according to TMZ Sports. The 57-year-old is reportedly in “great spirits” and is doing well after the procedure. No further details were disclosed.

Astronomers at the space agency have been tracking asteroid 2024 YR4 since they discovered it in December, collecting data on its precise orbit and the chance of it hitting Earth when it passes us in 2032.
