There's been a good bit of off season wrestling news to share and a couple of great wrecent articles about the Penn State wrestling program.
First the good guys!
The Deseret News has a great feature on Head Coach Cael Sanderson. A writer for the newspaper flew east to Pennsylvania from Utah and seems to have spent a good bit of time with Coach Cael. Wreaders of the article will learn about the Sanderson family's wrestling background. According to the article he has two sons, which I didn't know.

Here are some tips to bear in mind about preserving your bear meat. It is important to get the poor bastard field dressed as soon as possible or before you know it they stuff with turn bad! Ain't seen mattinglywasking around here in a long time. I sure hope he didn't fall out of no tree stand and get ate up by a bear! Anyways, get the guts out, turn him on his back, keep him propped open, skin him, and put the poor s.o.b. on ice if you can.
