Scottish law firm Gilson Gray has acquired City of London-based PCM Solicitors, a specialist in family and property law. Founded by senior partner Paul Critchley in September 2009, its team will transfer to the new owner with Mr Critchley taking up a role in the firm’s property offering. The search has begun for a head of operations in London. PCM Solicitors becomes the third acquisition of 2024 and represents Gilson Gray’s first step into London and the south east.
