IntroductionClimate change is an issue that is currently at the forefront of many scientific, government and media discussions. The reason for this is it has the potential to result in several implications on the global environment which in turn can impact the productivity and survival of many species worldwide. The climate on the earth is determined by the amount of incoming solar energy and the ability of the earth to emit energy back to space (1).
