This terrible crime is unrelated to the Md. man wrongly sent to El Salvador, as DOJ admitted. It's a guilt-by-association tactic used to suggest a guy never charged w/ gang-linked crime is a terrorist. Using a mourning mom as a messenger was a choice made by WH operatives.
