The courtroom was packed with several deputies and family and friends of Hinton. One person was escorted out after a disturbance.

CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Police have identified the victim of a shooting in Mt. Airy Forest on Saturday morning. At approximately 12:30 a.m., CPD officers were dispatched to Trail Ridge Road in Mt. Airy Forest for reports of an unresponsive person. Upon arrival, they found Lanyah Dawson, a 20-year-old female, suffering from a gunshot wound. She was declared deceased on scene by Cincinnati Fire Department personnel, according to a release from CPD. The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.

FORT THOMAS, Ky. — A recent La Salle High School graduate was arrested on Sunday and charged with rape. Carson Auciello, 18, was arrested around 5 a.m on Nov. 17 for allegedly raping the victim four hours earlier while she was intoxicated and unable to consent, according to court documents. The incident happened in Fort Thomas. According to court documents, Auciello admitted to the rape and that he "knew she was 'hammered.'" He also said he had blacked out, according to court documents.

CINCINNATI — The victim of a shooting in East Walnut Hills on Saturday night has been identified as Mr. Dustin Colvin, 32, according to a release from Cincinnati Police. At approximately 6:18 p.m. Saturday night, District Two officers responded to calls of a person shot on Callahan St. When they arrived, they found Mr. Colvin suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The Cincinnati Fire Department was called to the scene, performed life-saving measures and declared the victim deceased.

READING, Ohio — One man is dead after a shooting at 'The Lounge' in Reading, according to a statement from Reading Police. At 11:59 p.m. on Friday night, Reading officers were dispatched to 'The Lounge' bar and restaurant for a male subject who had been shot in the chest. Upon arrival, the officers found the 53-year-old victim in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to University Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
