Hey Everyone, my name is Grace! I'm incredibly grateful for this platform a friend referred me to. Just a little background on me, my small team and I are new to everything RE and we are focusing on wholesaling at the moment. We just got our first property under contract in Dallas, TX. The property works best as a tear down and rebuild with a very high ARV. So far we are having trouble finding the right buyers. How would yall approach locating this niche of buyers?
