    KALISPELL — Another year, another All-State finish for Scarlet Harris. The sophomore earned second in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.39, finishing runner-up to new all-class state record setter Alivia Rinehart of Kalispell Flathead (14.06) at the Class AA state track meet Saturday at Legends Stadium.     BOZEMAN — The C.M. Russell High boys’ tennis team is on top of the mountain once again. The Rustlers repeated as state champions Friday behind three state placers, racking up 30 team points to Billings West and Bozeman High’s 23, good for second. All-State players Eli Crist and Brady Pike were runners-up in doubles to lead the charge, falling 2-6, 7-5, 6-2 to Dallin Abrams and Andersen Hurst of Billings West in the title round.
