Over the next twenty minutes, firefighters, police officers and, of course, Father Christmas himself lined up in fire engines, police cars and the front loader at the Chaska Fire Station for the third annual Santa Parade.

Newly-created Carver Community Connect (CCC) gathered organizations from throughout the area to provide greater access to services needed by those who are experiencing or are at risk of becoming homeless.The event was held at the Chaska Event Center on Jan. 24. CCC is the successor to the Scott Carver Project Community Connect which previously served both counties and brought resources together the same purpose.

After leaving her position, Kim stopped at the Eden Prairie Nothing Bundt Cakes to pick up a bundt. After that one cake, she decided it was a business she wanted to be a part of. It was that good.

Red Cow was always conceived of with wine pairing in mind. In 2012, when Michael Giacomini’s family envisioned a future restaurant, they took inspiration from various West Coast wine bars that also served high-quality burgers. The name came about when Tracy, Michael’s mother, threw out the idea for the name ‘Red Cow’ with red standing for wine and cow for burgers. Thus, Red Cow was born. Beyond having an excellent selection of wines and burgers, Red Cow’s goal was to be a 21st century modern tavern.
