We listened carefully to this week’s town council meeting and specifically the Myerside Resort project. Councilmembers Jim Atterholt and Scott Safford (who voted to approve the development), who are two of the three councilmembers up for election this year, are not protecting the interest of our town. They are ignoring density, height requirements, reducing parking and setting precedents that will bring further harm to our town.
