Kaja Kallas(Bloomberg) -- The European Union has started to “gradually lift” punitive measures imposed on Kosovo, the bloc’s foreign-affairs chief Kaja Kallas said. The measures were imposed in response to government actions in Kosovo’s Serb-majority north — including shutting down several postal centers and banning the use of the Serbian currency. The situation has strained ties between Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Western allies, who’ve criticized the steps as unilateral and uncoordinated.
