Compositional heterogeneity and microstructureTo reveal microstructures and the compositional heterogeneity of the samples, the SEM morphology and average grain size are presented in Supplementary Fig. 1. As presented in Supplementary Fig. 1, all the samples have relatively compact grain morphology and the grain size firstly increases and then decreases slightly with the increase of GaN content.
