1. IntroductionAs a member of the Paris Agreement countries, China has committed to reaching peak carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060, namely, the Dual Carbon goal [1]. To meet this goal, the power supply system in China, which predominantly relies on fossil fuels nowadays, must urgently transfer to that is primarily based on renewable energy. Therefore, a rapid development of renewable energy is expected in the future.
