Um, oopsie? I really don’t intend to fall into the pattern of long absences here, but I did somehow end up in one of my starting and not writing a newsletter. The high points: Mom finally had her spine surgery at the end of March and it went really well (shout out to Dr. Cassidy, the best)! This is the primary reason I haven’t been around. I didn’t want to jinx it in advance, and then was busy helping out while she was still at the hospital and then at the rehab hospital in town.
