A total of n = 35 AD patients and n = 25 subjects with MCI were recruited from the Memory Clinic, Department of Geriatrics, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India. Additionally, n = 30 healthy AMC (volunteers) were recruited. The inclusion criteria were as follows: a clinical diagnosis of MCI and AD patients using ACE-III and MMSE tests.
