1. IntroductionHigh-pressure manifold systems are mainly used for collecting and transporting the fracturing fluids discharged from fracturing pumps and the high-pressure fluids returned from subsurface formations. They consist of movable elbows, tees, straight pipes, fittings, and other components [1]. Currently, the materials commonly utilized for high-pressure pipe manifolds include CrMo and CrNiMo series steels.
