3. Results and Discussion 3.1. Aggregate MorphologyFigure 1 shows images of the morphology of the GDI vehicle particulate agglomerates under CLTC conditions at scales of 1000, 500, 200, 100, 50, and 20 nanometers. The groups of particles can be seen to be made up of dozens to hundreds of roughly spherical primary particles. These primary particles formed agglomerates after adsorbing part of the SOF component.
