PC cell lines SW1990, and Miapaca2 were obtained from the Department of Pathophysiology, Key Laboratory of Cell Differentiation and Apoptosis of the National Ministry of Education (Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Shanghai, 200,025, China). The remaining cell lines (including PANC1, Bxpc-3, Aspc-1, su86.86, CFPAC, and HPAC) were obtained from ATCC (Manassas, VA). Short tandem repeat (STR) DNA was used to identify the above cell lines.
