Electrodeposition of Ultrathin NiBDC Lamellar Arrays as a Novel Binder‑free Electrode for Flexible All-Solid-State Supercapacitors The Ni-based metal-organic framework (Ni-MOF) shows significant potential for energy storage due to its high specific capacity and active sites for electrochemical reactions. This study investigates the microstructural control of NiBDC on indium tin oxide/polyethylene terephthalate (ITO/PET) by varying electrodeposition time (NiBDC/ITO/PET).

1. IntroductionAs exploration and development in shallow and intermediate formations progress, it becomes increasingly difficult to discover new oil and gas reserves. Consequently, deep resources have emerged as the primary focus for fossil energy exploration [1,2]. However, deep oil and gas in theory and technology appear to have new problems and challenges. Simultaneously, higher professional standards are being demanded for petroleum engineers [3,4].

AbstractTo evaluate the association between the number of oocytes retrieved and cumulative live birth rate (CLBR) in different female age strata. 17,931 women undergoing their first IVF/ICSI-ET cycle in the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University were grouped by age (A: ≤ 35 years; B: ≥ 36 years) as well as the number of oocytes retrieved (a: ≤ 5; b:6–9; c:10–14; d: ≥ 15).

Blooms of the cyanobacterium Microcystis threaten aquatic ecosystems. Protozoa grazing can control unicellular Microcystis populations; however, Microcystis blooms are composed of multicellular colonies that are thought to prevent grazing. We show that this is not so: the model ciliate Paramecium has an impact on Microcystis populations through grazing, even when large colonies occur, and this leads to a corresponding decrease in toxic microcystins.
