    Malaysia and Singapore together drew over 60 per cent of the US$8 billion in green investments made in Southeast Asia in 2024, according to a study released on Tuesday by consultant Bain & Company and Singapore state investor Temasek. The outlay was a 43 per cent increase from 2023’s US$5.6 billion, due to the rise in investments in solar projects as well as spend on renewables-powered data centres.
