Well-known London-based chef Yotam Ottolenghi has opened his first overseas restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental, Geneva. The Mediterranean restaurant draws inspiration from Ottolenghi’s ROVI restaurant in London, offering an all-day menu that focuses on grilled and fermented sharing plates. Head chef Maxime Martin trained in Ottolenghi’s London kitchens before the opening, and co-created the seasonal menu for the Geneva restaurant – combining local Swiss ingredients with Mediterranean flavours.
