Eurostar has announced plans to operate direct services from London to Frankfurt and Geneva in the early 2030s. The new routes to Germany and Switzerland will be made possible by the high-speed operator’s purchase of 50 new trains, which are set to enter service within the next decade. As well as operating trains from London to Frankfurt and Geneva, the new fleet will also run services from Amsterdam to Brussels and Geneva.

Eurostar has reopened its Premier lounge in Paris, featuring refreshed design by Chris Bagot Architects. Located outside Paris Gare du Nord, the lounge is designed for passengers travelling on continental routes across the Eurostar network – open to Eurostar Premier passengers, as well as Carte Blanche and Etoile members of the Club Eurostar loyalty programme.
