    Leading developer of mid-market rent (MMR) homes across the Highlands, HHA, has strengthened its partnership with Tulloch Homes, part of the Springfield Group, in a deal that will create 31 new rental opportunities in Inverness and Conon Bridge. At The Maples, located to the south of the Inverness city centre, Tulloch Homes is underway with construction of 23 new homes with an anticipated completion date in spring 2026.

    #1 · Both of my boys have always enjoyed hosting sleepovers and going over to friends homes for the evening. However now that my son has told me that he is bi I am questioning if it is a good idea to let him spend the night with his friends. I spoke to him briefly about it last night but told him I needed time to think it over before making a decision. How would you handle this situation?

    Both my daughters are on the pill, just in case. My oldest daughter lost her virginity to her boyfriend at the time when she was 16. The relationship didn't last, I guess they weren't made for each other. Anyway, she confided in me when she lost her virginity. I told her it was okay, it was her decision to make. They didn't use condoms even though I provided them, but since they were exclusive with each other and she's on the pill it didn't matter. She didn't get pregnant.

    Let me start off by saying we're a nudist family, so nudity in itself is never an issue with us. At home we're pretty much always nude, none of us feels any shame. We only put on clothes if we go out as we don't want to offend the prudes. But lately I found out for my youngest daughter simply being nude doesn't cut it. She's an exhibitionist, she gets off on flashing her body to non-suspecting people. Being nude among other nude people just doesn't cut it for her anymore.
