I can understand this as a temporary mechanism to gradually grow the league as expansion should be the priority. However, feel like 2 up and 1 down would be a better way of doing that.

Another very uninspiring #Lionesses performance. Will be interesting to see how they fare against Spain next week given they’re not in the best form either. It’s not looking good for the Euros. Too inconsistent and feels like they’ve been on a downward trajectory for some time.

Difficult one. Can see the benefit in developing young players but there's plenty of lower league first teams that are more deserving of a place and it shouldn't come at their expense. Focus should be on expanding the top two tiers, first and foremost.

Not sure how a closed league or parachuting two Scottish clubs into the WSL would do anything to grow the game in England or Scotland. Should be an absolute non-starter. Would also be a slap in the face to teams in the Championship & National League who are investing.
