JANESVILLE — “Opioid overdoses have been a crisis in our county. This gives people an opportunity to save a life if they were to come across someone who is experiencing an overdose,” Shari Faber, a public health strategist with the Rock County Public Health Department, said Wednesday as she taught downtown business owners how to administer NARCAN. Faber led a free NARCAN training at 29 South Cafe, 29 S Main St., in downtown Janesville Wednesday night.
