The Guelph Police Service says roads in the area of Alma Street and Willow Road have reopened after emergency services responded to an apartment building fire Monday morning. Police say just after 10 a.m., emergency services were called to a residential building for an active fire. “The building was evacuated and roads in the area briefly closed to allow firefighters to access the scene,” said Scott Tracey, a spokesperson for Guelph Police.
