Pasta: it’s a ride or die dish, the ultimate comfort and oh-so versatile. From pillowy potato gnocchi and deliciously filled tortellini, to simple classics like egg-based fettuccine and, of course, spaghetti, there’s a lot to love about this pantry staple. While pasta undoubtedly hits the weekly menu rotation in many Aussie households (spag bol, anyone?), sometimes you just need to enjoy a dish made by a pro.
