Sample Processing and Cultivation of Cell LinesDuring the period from 2019 to 2023, a total of 242 faecal, tissue, and nasal swab samples were collected from large-scale beef cattle farms located in Nanning, Chongzuo, Guigang, and Guilin, all of which are located within the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. These cattle were of all ages and were routinely immunised.

2. Materials and Methods 2.1. Preparation and Characterization of hUCMSC and OsteoblastshUCMSCs, prepared and provided by Shenzhen Wingor Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen, China), were collected after repeated passages to the 3rd–5th passage and frozen for experimental use. Characterization of hUCMSCs was conducted using flow cytometry and cell differentiation assays.
