AbstractAs the urban population increases, the consumption of water resources is also increasing. Safely and effectively supplying water to cities has become an issue that urgently needs to be addressed. The purpose of this research is to substantially reduce the number of contaminants in water distribution networks (WDNs) by using valve control, ensuring that the water infrastructure is not impacted by the adverse effects of wastewater.

See video under supplementary data. Tears of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus (PHMM) are commonly associated with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries. There are specific medial meniscal lesions that consist of meniscosynovial or meniscocapsular tears, which are difficult to differentiate from the anterior compartment arthroscopically and to recognize on magnetic resonance imaging.1 Strobel,2 who first described these lesions in the 1980s, called them “ramp” lesions.

The comparison of the construction and the SIC-POVM seems informal since they are in different systems. A more formal way might be naturally embedding C n $C^{n}$ into C n ( n + 1 ) $C^{n(n+1)}$ and viewing the SIC-POVM of C n $C^{n}$ as a POVM in C n ( n + 1 ) $C^{n(n+1)}$ (One can see ref. [22] for how to embed.). It becomes a non-complete POVM but with no difference when measuring states in C n $C^{n}$ .
