1. IntroductionChange detection has become a pivotal research direction in the field of remote sensing, especially in recent years. This is due to its wide-ranging applications in areas such as urban expansion monitoring; disaster assessment; ecosystem protection; and resource management [1,2]. Change detection involves identifying pixel-level changes within the same scene captured at different times [3,4].
