Harini Srinivasan will speak on the panel “Technological Surveillance in the Workplace: Balancing Privacy and Security,” part of the DC Bar’s Changing Currents in Employment Law CLE course. The panel will explore the rights of employers and employees in the era of remote work and technological surveillance. Changing Currents in Employment Law is an annual CLE event that covers cutting-edge topics in employment law. This year’s event will be held in-person at the DC Bar at 6:00 p.m. on October 29.
