My wife summed up the OnePlus 13s perfectly: "this just looks like a smaller iPhone, but with Android." That's basically what it is to use the OnePlus 13s; while it is good to see OnePlus making a compact device — the OnePlus X came out a decade ago — the 13s ends up deviating a bit too much from the manufacturer's design language.

In the last 18 months, I used Vivo's phones more than any other brand. The Chinese manufacturer rolled out one hit after another; the X100 Pro was fabulous, and then the X100 Ultra came along, beating every other phone at taking photos and videos. Vivo built on that momentum with the X200 Pro, which is easily one of my favorite devices of 2025. And now there's the X200 Ultra, which has a new design and even better cameras than its predecessor.

Xiaomi is killing it with its tablet portfolio; the standard Pad 7 proved to be an iPad Air clone that delivered a better value, and the Pad 7 Pro builds on that foundation. The tablet is identical to the regular model, but it comes with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, delivering much better power. The Pad 7 Pro is available for £369 ($498) in the U.K. for the 8GB/256GB version, and it costs just £60 ($81) over the standard Pad 7 in the same storage configuration.

There's a recent influx of Qi 2 chargers, and I've been testing travel-focused products in this category. Native Union got an early start thanks to the Voyage, a foldable charging mat that allows you to charge a phone and the Apple Watch together. The design makes the Voyage inherently portable, and the ability to charge two products makes it a decent choice for use on the road.

Whole lotta Android https://t.co/gtrmUegdwy

Had Citi Prestige for the better part of a decade, but I hate Axis, and don't see much utility in the rebrand, so I needed a new card. This should do nicely. https://t.co/JTjNQmixMA

Someone at Apple clearly liked Windows Vista, because iOS 26 is like going back to Aero. I used Stardock to mod my Vista icons to look like this back in 2007. https://t.co/g9HqogQV5B
