A bench of Justices Surya Kant and N. Kotiswar Singh directed the probe after reviewing a CBI affidavit and found a prima facie nexus involving prominent banks and builders operating in Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, the Yamuna Expressway area, Mohali, Mumbai, Kolkata and Allahabad.
