Honestly, the correct way to order an NYC bagel is to a. Create a time machine. b. Go back to the H&H that was on Broadway or the plant on West 46th. c. Feel the bagel display for the type bagel that is warm (i.e. freshest cooked). d. Order that bagel type. Thank you.
