Investors are increasingly shifting their holdings towards passive funds as low fees continue to drive inflows. Active UK fixed income funds across all sectors saw outflows of £15.87billion between January 2022 and the end of March 2025, while inflows into passive fixed income holdings saw inflows of £14.29billion, according to data from Rathbones.
